Deborah is a writer and producer. In 2005, her novel My Self, The Enemy, was published by Chipmunkapublishing.

Deborah's plays include In the Doll House (Old Red Lion Theatre), Touch of the Devil (King's Head Theatre), The Unlikely Writer (Old Red Lion & Soho Theatres), Prospects (Soho Theatre and Hen & Chickens), A Wales of a Time (Hen & Chickens), Beauty Sleep (Hen & Chickens), and the commissions The Prince of Milton Keynes for The King's Head, and My Ideal Girlfriend, for Behind The Mic at The Glass Bar and The Cavendish Arms.

Her full length play Calling received critical acclaim and was performed at the King's Head, the Old Red Lion and the Tabard theatres.

Her sketch The Route Master was 'Highlight of the Festival' at the Lost Theatre 5 Min Festival and the one act version of Calling made it to 'Runner Up' at the Lost Theatre One Act Play Festival.

Her monologue To Gina, which was performed at The Old Red Lion and the Soho Theatre, was commissioned as a short film, supported by Anthony Minghella.

Her monologue See No Evil is currently in pre film production.

With joinedupwriters, Deborah produced over 50 short pieces of theatre. With Backbone Productions, she produced the sell-out show Hell Is Other People! at the Hen & Chickens. Deborah also worked as Production Manager on the short film Stalker, for Brain Howne Productions.
